Here, you can do the following:
1. Reach us for any comments, questions, and suggestions regarding any transaction issue.
2. Contact us regarding problems such as transaction delays, unreceived packages, or dissimilar items bought using PayCo.
3. Alert us of any unauthorized activity in your account. If unauthorized charges or rightful claims are proven, PayCo will give you a refund.
4. Keep track of your transaction issue or browse through the list of open cases that may be helpful to you.
